SMMRCMP, LLC (“Summercamp,” “us”, “we”, or “our”) operate the heysummercamp.com website (the “Site”). The Summercamp Privacy Policy (“Policy”) informs you about privacy practices of Summercamp. We respect your privacy and this Policy provides you with information about how we use your personal information and the privacy choices you have regarding your personal information. By using the Site, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this Policy.

Summercamp may collect and store, or have third parties collect and store, personal information provided through the Site. This information includes but is not limited to: contact information (like your name and email address); information automatically collected from the devices you use to connect to the Site; demographics like phone number, birthdate and zip code; comments, creative assets, portfolio information, resumes and other content you upload or submit to the Site when you apply for a job (collectively, “Personal Information”).

Sharing Information
Summercamp does not sell or otherwise disclose Personal Information collected about you, except as described herein or as otherwise disclosed to you at the time the data is collected.

Your information may be shared internally at Summercamp and with service providers retained to perform services for Summercamp, including, without limitation, hosting or operating the Site, carrying out your requests, responding to your inquiries, reviewing your employment applications, providing newsletters, bug tracking, and storing video content and analyzing data. Summercamp requires these service providers by contract to appropriately safeguard the privacy and security of Personal Information they process.

When certain payment details and correspondence is no longer needed, we may anonymize the information which may be further retained and used or securely destroy the Personal Information.

We have no control over and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services. Summercamp is not responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with use of or reliance on any such content, goods, or services available on or through any such websites or services.

Children
The Site is not intended for children and we do not knowingly solicit personal data from or communicate with children under the age of 17.
